The Initial Assessment
We take care of the insurance check prior to starting the process. The support your child needs is simple to achieve.
We schedule a discussion on parent concerns and priorities to help us determine the best therapy plan suitable for your needs. During this meeting, you will also be directed to fill out your application, provide proof of insurance, a medical diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder and a prescription for ABA services. Our team confirms your eligibility and navigates the entire insurance process for you.
The Evaluation Process
A skilled BCBA will be sent to your location to evaluate your child. The BCBA will find out information about your child- their interests and their likes and dislikes. Parents will give input about areas of weakness that they would like to improve upon and also give observations about their child that they think would be helpful in creating a treatment plan. Personal preferences will also be discussed at this point so we can help you get set up in the smoothest way possible.
Our BCBA schedules an assessment at your preferred time in-person or telehealth assessment.
This is not a test - just a way of gathering your child’s info & understanding challenges and improvements you hope to achieve.

Let’s Plan Together
Your BCBA writes an Individualized Behavior Plan for your child. We request insurance authorization for the recommended number of ABA therapy hours and assign an ABA therapist to provide one-on-one services. You choose the time and location that works for you.

We Start Services
We deliver ABA services through a combination of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs). We begin with the initial assessment when our therapists work with your child and family to develop a personalized treatment plan. Experience has taught us that continuity of care is essential to helping children like yours thrive. We collaborate with you to create and sustain a plan that supports this.
